Customer-Designed Tooling

We take your prints and make your tooling and fixtures for your application. We can perform the assembly of the fixture or you can. We provide input on how to design for manufacturability if needed. We are experts at machining and turning and have been working at it for decades at GSC. See our capabilities below.

 

Typical Lead Times

• 1-2 weeks for low quantities (with average complexity or less) – Mill
• 5 days for low quantities (with average complexity or less) – Turning

• 26”x50” 3-axis milling
• 32”x64” 3-axis milling
• 20”x20” 5-axis milling
• Up to 0.5” Swiss lathe
• Up to 8” Conventional Lathe
• Up to 10” Conventional Lathe with Sub-spindle and max live tooling

• Meet all FARS/DFARS requirements including FAI, Source Inspection, Material Tracing and CMM inspection
